Bad account selected for annual subscription

I just subscribed to an annual subscription but I was connected to the wrong account, my different projects are on my second account.

In addition, the account with the subscription is my personal account while I wanted to add it to my professional account.

To summarize, is it possible to transfer my subscription to another account (email address) if this is not possible, is it possible to get a refund for taking the subscription on the right account?
