Please do not judge me harshly, I am a beginner. 
I am using the AVADA theme to build a website.
My question is: how to make through a hidden field so that in the email that comes after filling out the form, there is information on which page the form was filled out.
I’m also attaching a screenshot where this case is configured.
I’d be very much obliged to you for a clue.
