I saved the screenshot pictures but i could not find.
If you want to save current image go to Composition > Save Frame As…
Or maybe better use this plugin and paste content from clipboard to image editor… I’m using it all the time:
file > export > copy frame to clipboard, and paste in photoshop or paste to skype to show frame to client. Great and fast stuff
