My admin theme Mater-A Material Mixed Bootstrap Theme has been hard rejected. Reviewers said it does not meet the quality standards.

Any suggestions will be appreciable. Freelancers are also welcome to work with me on this project.

Theme is using html5 data attributes. There are not any missing anchor links. Anyway, rejection was due to design quality. Any suggestions regarding design is appreciable.
