Hello, My account has been locked out? I had purchased a theme which turned out to have a trojan virus attached to it. I did rech out the both the aurther ‘TIMPRESS’ and Envaro who did not respond.
I had opened a case to get my money back, for this I feel I am being penalised for looking after myself and my account.
Please can someoen fix this issue… Furthermore I have also rasied another ticket and still waiting to hear back on my account activation…
