Zip file won't load. Customer service is non-existent. I need to get a refund.

This is beyond frustrating. The zip file won’t load into WP and it continues to say the link is expired and to try again. How do I get a refund?

Maybe you are trying to upload the wrong file.

Try to download “Installable WordPress file only” and upload that zip file into WP.

Some more info:

When I download the instalable wordpress file I only get files, there are no enfold.zip files in there so nothing to upload

When I try and upload the enfold.zip I get the same error message - “the link you followed has expired”

This is not a theme issue, it’s a server issue. Contact your hosting provider.

“the link you followed has expired” means your file upload size limit is smaller than the file you’re uploading.
