Hello there. If you’re experiencing trouble uploading a file larger than 500MB, try FTP upload 2 instead.
Hi, same problem for me. I’ve a zip file project which contains AE project, clips with alpha and a video tutorial all for 1,1gb. I tried many time on the upload page, but having the same error. If I also used FTP and it’s worked, but only on “motion graphic” mode. There isn’t a After effects project mode on ftp. Can anyone help me?

Upload using your smartphone via regular browser installed on your phone. You’ll need to transfer your zipped files to storage on your smartphone via usb cable.
I have the same problem. The 2 GB archive gives an error when downloading, FTP works, but only on the motion graphics and stock footage page. Who knows, tell me how to upload a file larger than 500 MB in the AE project mode?
And what will be the difference between downloading in a browser from a phone and downloading in a browser from a computer?
