Youtube Copyright Claims - Fed Up With Constant Copyright Claims on Most Envato Tracks

Perfect! Please do tell how to contact them. I’ve tried the two methods listed in this thread with no response. Please tell us the super simple and fast way to contact Elite Alliance.

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you, however I’ve used that form several times without a response. Any other ideas?

Are you a Market customer?

Are You an Element subscriber?

Elite Alliance is not the author. It’s a Content ID platform used by that specific composer to protect his tracks on YouTube.

If you are an Envato Market (AudioJungle) customer or an Envato Elements subscriber you can go to your Downloads section and see who is the author of the track and you also can find the license.

Every seller has a profile page on the marketplace site where you can easily send an e-mail directly to them.

On the Elements site, they do their best to hide the author information on song pages for some reason…

But just put:

https://audiojungle.net/user/

and the author name after, like https://audiojungle.net/user/ and then brownhousemedia

and you will get to their page, where you will find a “Message” box to the right.

I am an Envato user. Yes, I messaged the author via their profile - no luck. Like I said earlier, I’ve tried multiple times to be whitelisted to no avail. He’s clearly abusing his priviliges. His goal is to wear out a licensed user until they finally just give up and let him win. Thus he gets the license fee + Youtube proceeds.

Quite the rackett.

If this is the case, then you should report them to Envato. Envato or the rest of us Content ID users can’t control what this individual is doing, if they are doing it on purpose.

The author might not even be with us anymore. We don’t know. People get sick, and the last thing on their mind is to update their AJ profile. Or the tracks could be stolen. That has happened to me before, someone else selling my tracks. Have Envato look into it.

I tried to contact the artists via the Envato market profiles again. No response.

I tried the Elite Alliance contact form yet again. The form said they would respond within 24 hrs. 5 days later I heard from them, asking for copies of the licenses.

I was surprised to hear from them at all, because my previous attempts with the same form went unanswered. Perhaps they saw this thread?

I provided the licenses, and the next day they claimed I had been whitelisted.

Pardon my skepticism, but I’ve had over a dozen copyright claims from Elite Alliance for the past four years for the exact same music. Although it seems I’ve (finally) been whitelisted, and I hope I am, I’m still on alert waiting for the next wave of claims.
