Whitelisting a channel must be done manually, yes. But individual claims can be solved by each buyer, or manually.

Uploading songs will be time consuming task anyway.
You do it once and that’s it. Or do you have 10,000 songs? It takes about 20-30 seconds per track so it’s not that bad.
