I bought a theme and the support ended.
I paid for the support extension that is valid until March 2020.
I can’t contact the author because my account says support has ended.
My account appears Your support has expired. Renew support now!
I bought and paid, and have an invoice of Date: 09 Sep 2019 Invoice No: IVIP34039742 Order No: 111690547.

How can I solve this problem?
