20 minutes after submitting my item I got hard reject with this letter:

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Ivie - Minimal Responsive Blog Theme” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

They rejected all without exception what i submitted during a year. What has changed?

Can someone give any feedback. Here is a demo
