@GearUp2019 The design was inspired by (this)[Vuexy - Vuejs Admin Dashboard Template] and some other components designs on dribbble.

Then you’ve got your rejection reason. I’ve seen the resemblance with Vuexy at the first look. The reviewer probably saw it too.
