That little glint of light / bevel effect in the middle of the cube, it’s kinda odd and too fine a detail for the logo. Maybe you could make it bigger / bolder and more of a feature of the design.
Gray color looks dirty. Especially it looks bad below yellow color
It still looks dirty. i dont like gray gradient. I guess that’s the reason why it looks dirty. try to use clear color

I think @orientate used the gradient to contrast the colors and too separate them! I like it too but you can reduce the gradient and it will look awesome!
