Can somebody explain what means : “and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again”
I am php developer, and create Hotel CMS. It means, I cant ever upload any php script or Hotel CMS?

It means you can’t submit the item which has been hard rejected. Of course, you can submit any new item in any category.
Still didnt understand. Can I upload new HotelCMS? Or I banned globally for all HotelCMS types ?
