I would love to see a “in the last year” type of filter for Top Author pages.
There are many inactive authors who have not made sales in ages or just left the marketplace, but buyers continue to explore them before active authors. This causes the buyers to buy from inactive authors, who does not provide any support which in turn causes bad reputation for ThemeForest.
Some authors on that list have never uploaded any files after 02/2014, which in WordPress category means that buyers are buying broken themes. (Edit: Found a top 20 author with all WordPress themes with last update date of 2013, no way they 're working with WP 4.0+)
