Yandex Email Problem

Hello,

We are experiencing an email problem since we moved from Gmail to Yandex. We have not been receiving emails for new comments and reviews. Support seems working. Did anyone experienced something similar?

Thanks for the quick reply. We have added Envato email addresses to whitelist which we used to receive comments and reviews from.

We have received a notification email for your message sent from envato@discoursemail.com. We think that the problem might be about unsubscribing from marketin emails.

We will wait for a new comment to see if the problem is solved by whitelisting and if not then open a ticket as you have suggested.

These are the addresses we whitlisted.
