Wrongly Disabled Item

Hi all!

I had an email over the weekend saying one of my items got disabled, but after looking through the reasons why and the screenshots provided, it was clearly from a different theme.

Is there any way I can reach out to the reviewer directly to explain?

A bit frustrating really as it could be costing a few sales, which is not good if this is your only income.

If no of the mentioned issues are related to your theme, then just resubmit it and mention that in the message for reviewer. No need to contact the Envato Support IMHO.
