Hi. PLEASE HELP. There were two options for the subscription and I made the mistake of choosing the wrong one. I chose the annual one without realizing that they would not take monthly payments for it, but collect the entire amount. I wanted to opt for the monthly one I haven’t heard a reply from the team and I would really like to sort this out and get a refund.
Any guidance as to what I can do? I have already emailed the support team for 2 days ago. They have yet replied to me. I would like to clear this asap
