Downloaded this Broadcast Pack:
It says it’s for Premiere Pro. There are no Premiere Pro files. The “tutorial” is only for AE and there are AE files.
The instructional video does not mention premiere Pro.
On VHive, there are Premiere, AE and Final Cut versions.
If I’d know this was for AE only, I wouldn’t have downloaded it. The listing should be changed to reflect that it’s for AE and requires AE to use it.
