I have purchased the plugin from themeforest - WPNotif plugin (WPNotif: WordPress SMS & WhatsApp Message Notifications by UnitedOver), a ticket has been raised but there has been no response past month. I Purchased this plugin on behalf of my client, and need a refund as my client requested it.

The request is being sent to the author first. They need to accept/reject the request first within ~10 working days. If you still haven’t received any information by that time, you may need to create a ticket
I have raised the ticket on Oct 20, 2023. Still, I have not received any email or the ticket update from the author. I only got the confirmation email for raising the ticket. Kindly do the needful. I have attached the screenshot.
