I keep getting email’s off them from my profile, saying they can help support my plugins.

I’ve referred some of my clients which needed further customization and they were happy after it.
He is spamming authors through contact form with his “I really like your work crap”, happened to me twice already through different emails. Envato, I dont want to receive such emails of his any more through your contact from.
I’ve just payed them for a modification of a WP plugin. I will tell you if they well do the job 
(they told me they will finish the job in 10 business day).
