While editing any page, it shows the “Frontend Editor” button on edit page and clicking on it, “WPBakery Page Builder” is launched. But while editing any Posts under “Blog” or “Servies”, “Frontend Editor” button is not visible. Not able to update content for Blog or Services.

I think your WPBakery Page Builder Settings not active for Post and custom post type.
Go to WPBakery Page Builder Settings then Role Manager:
Post types => select Custom => checked Post, Page and other custom post type you have (Services).
