Why? Can you please describe in common words?
Its impossible to say what is wrong - You do not have web design experience. Programming and designing are two different things - but You can learn it if You have design sense.
Yes you’re right programming and designing are two different things and i just want to tell you that designing and UX designing are different things and you should learn it to understand my design.

I think you need to find a designer who only thinks about design concept and you can develop afterwards.
