WP Requirements compilant badge doesn't help for sales, what is wrong with this place?

Only 4 sales this month after steady 30+ sales every month for years (and more before).

I’m elite long term author with WordPress themes. This is unbelievable and obviously has something with search algoritam.

Can someone answer this?
