i’m looking for a plugin where users can write testimonial like entries including pictures on a wordpress site. so i would need an publicy available form which is secure and a review process and display portion which displays the testimonials.
couldn’t find any with an picture upload feature.

But you can’t received any photo from that plugin only placeholder image you will received.
you have to get purchase/getting permission for testimonial photo owner.that is your responsibility.
cause author use photo only for demo/preview
you can purchase photo from others
