WP Ecommerce Theme With This Specific Product Filter Capability

I am interested in purchasing a wordpress e-commerce theme that has the following product filter capabilities:

I need people to choose a specific sub-menu and select MULTIPLE options. For some reason most themes do not have this capability or if you PICK one, it completely disables the sub-menu.
