WP dashboard demo for potential buyers. How to do it?

Hello everyone,

more and more often we receive a question in item comments section from people who want to see a dashboard demo before they buy a theme.

Do you know any good way to achieve this?

Ideally, I don’t want to allow them to create content, like in a sandbox installation. More I like the idea when they can see a dashboard of the demo, but can not change anything in it, just walk around.

Any ides?
