I just can not find a theme with this name on ThemeForest.

Have a look at your downloads in your account:
Log into your Envato Market account.
Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen.
Click ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.`

If the theme you purchased is still available
then you can click on the title and you will be directed to the details page of that theme. Here you can find a Comments tab under the big title of the theme. Here you can write a few lines and let the author know your questions.

In case the theme you purchased is no longer available
then the theme has been removed by either staff or the author.
