I have the same… Around a 1000 sales, but 10 reviews… is that 0,1% of buyers that leave a review? My math skills…
More around 1%. 10/1000 = .01, .01*100% = 1.0%

About the rating, I do not know why so few people leave feedback. I think the reviews do not really affect sales.
buyers need to be stimulated in some way, so that they leave a reviews, leave little mark in the description “leave a review” this is not enough.
Envato needs to be done dispatch to clients with the request to estimate those goods which they have bought. Perhaps this would be more effective.
