Work Contract with Envato, how to provide?

Hi Everyone,

I just received an email from Payoneer to provide the following details.

1. Screenshot showing website affiliation
Submit a screenshot from your website showing your username/store name and your details (name, email address, phone number, billing address)

2. Submit work contract
Submit your signed work contract in relation to this payment

Can someone help me with this? Where I can find the work contract?
