Wordpress woocommerce plugin for quotes

I’m looking for a woocommerce quoting plugin that can also be used with custom fields on a wordpress website. I want the plugin to do this: http://pnumatics.co.za/shop/pneumatic-cylinder-group/iso-cylinder-group/iso-cylinders

Note the custom fields that will also be added into the quote. There should be fields, radio buttons and dropdown options.

Can anyone recommend something like this?
