I am looking for a Wordpress theme without any builder. I don’t want Elementor, WpBakery pre-installed.
I’m looking for a fast, universal theme based on Bootstrap 5.x or Tailwind CSS.

Hi I hope based on your requirements Maybe not possible right now.
I have several WordPress themes which are created only with shortcodes (old school way) and custom CSS (I don’t use even Bootstrap or any other CSS framework).

Good Decision.
We have this theme, on tailwindcss + Gutenberg . The base theme is effective and can be used on any regular wp blog / site. I don’t know why you even consider Bootstrap when tailwind is so awesome.
