Can someone please help me to understand why I can not change or crop the header in this theme? It says there is an ERROR cropping and won’t allow me to change my header!!!

I’m sorry I don’t understand what you are telling me to do why am I not able to get ANY of my pictures to “crop” so I can change my header picture???
