Wordpress theme Segments Workforce Plugin

The Wordpress theme Segments comes with Workforce plugin. When this plugin is activated we can no longer add new users in the Wordpress admin panel. The “Show password” button no longer works. When we deactivate the plugin it then works. Any ideas?
