I left the link above. Don’t buy this theme, there is a terrible support team. They are constantly trying to repel you and try to pass the subject.
They made widgets for Elementor, there is a Hero section widget, you add pictures, 5 or so, no design and widget settings do not work, for example, you write a text but you cannot adjust the colour. They have made a setting called global colour to adjust the colour, from there, automatic colour comes to the writings in the form of gradient and there is no setting to change it, I’m tired of writing custom css and adding !importand to the end of everything.
I realised this on the day I purchased the theme and created a refund request that day.
but I can never get a return, I need to buy a new theme and continue my business, every day is a loss for me and when I talk to the support team, they look down on me and give me answers like they are making fun of me.
None of my problems have been solved and I don’t think they will be solved because I have my own design and I need to apply it, but the theme never allows it, and I don’t think they can add these settings to these widgets in a short time, I have work to deliver and I lost 4 days. Envato officials, please give this back as a credit to my first refund request, so I can buy a new theme and continue.
It’s gonna be hard to find a theme/script that allows you to manage all of the details. When you have your own design, it’s called customization and you cannot blame the author or the item if it doesn’t fit your requirements.
As the terms at Envato and support policy, customization/modifications requests are not included to the policy and it’s up to the author.
PS: I don’t think you’d be getting the refund as it doesn’t fall under any category. It sounds like you just don’t want the item and/or change your mind.
I bought the theme because it was sold as being used with elementor builder because with elementor you can change at least the font colour even free themes, right?
Look, neither the colour nor the design of any of the widgets in the theme changes. So if I had written that it was a theme closed to customisation, I would never have bought it anyway, for example, theme support has set up to change the font colour with elementor for me, but they have to redo the whole theme because this time the colour of the buttons does not change

For example, there is a widget called slider hero, but there are 5 places to add images and they are not added as a slider page, very strangely, side by side 2 pictures stand 50% 50% ?.. there is something called hero option at the bottom of a very bad visual, there is something called hero option at the bottom, you add writings and so on, and when you add a picture from there, the picture comes with a green bar on the screen, but you can never adjust the position of the picture, and in the other tab, there is only a setting about the text and button, only the text colour changes, the button colour does not change. In addition, there are no settings of any picture you add, you can’t get big, small, left, right.
It seems this is a recently approved theme, which might explain some of the current limitations. Hopefully, the theme author will add more features in future updates. Since you’re using Elementor, instead of the slider included with the theme, have you tried other free Elementor slider addons available ?
I’ve tried a lot of things, theme makers are trying to help, but it feels like they are trying the theme on me and finding and fixing bugs with me. I can use a lot of sliders, the problem is the need to use different sliders.
The theme you have bough is 19$, while the average theme costs 50$-100$
You got what you have paid for. Just find better theme and if you’re doing "customization, just focus on Elementor ( not the theme )
