In WordPress theme submission guide, it is stated:
Themes are not permitted to add options that define the number of posts to show on archive or category pages via a global setting
My question is, is this requirement limited to ‘posts’ (i.e. blog) archive and category pages or archive pages for custom post type should also display the same number of entries as defined under Setting -> Reading page?
