Ive been searching high and low for a theme that looks like these following styles:

It’s that old school style that used to be relevant. Maybe something like it with a touch of modern?

The examples that you linked to strike me as quite dated. You might be hard pressed to find something like them on ThemeForest, as the review process can be very strict when it comes to “older” styles.
