I went to know about WordPress theme blank images. Does WordPress theme need blank images for TF submission?

You can use proper images on your demo (assuming you have the correct commercial license) but the download version should have these replaced with placeholders

yes, it is required to provide placeholder in the submission (customer download copy) instead the real picture used in the live preview demo. themeforest will not accept real image in the download version.
