Things are very different here.
Different from the country where the employee is. For example, an employee in Eastern Europe can cost 350/500 euros per month. And in West Europe or U.S. exceed 1.500 euros per month. Also these prices may change depending on the workload and your number of sales. Prices in Asia are same in Eastern Europe from my experience. The world is a diverse society.
