I have been looking for so long for such a plugin. I see it on this site too but cannot find a plugin. I’m looking for a plugin that would open external links with my own website’s bar at the top which would have link back, a close bar, etc.
Can anyone point me such a plugin.

If it doesn’t exist, it should not be too difficult to.implement. Just keep in mind that some, not to say many links cannot be opened in frames. There are tricks to work around this (sort of), but the result tends to be sub-optimal.
