Wordpress Plugin - Check Repair Status

Hello All!

I am building a wordpress site for a client that repairs electronics and sells new and used items. I am having a difficult time trying to find a plugin that will allow him and his staff to create repair tickets.

I’m thinking it needs to have the follow

backend ticket creation only! (only admin can create the tickets)
Ability to update the status

and a frontend reference look up, meaning that the customer inputs his/her ticket number and it tells the customer what the status is.

you could do it yourself, you need a db table and 2 forms and a view.
