[Wordpress] Looking for a plugin to Make Tour on the Website.

Basically a plugin who show step by step the feature of the website.

EXAMPLE: WP Ultimate Tours Builder

But.

My first aim would be to detect different sections from the “same” account page.

for example i have to show a primary global step on:

https://www.mywebsite.com/my-account/

and a secondary one if the people open from the side menu:

https://www.mywebsite.com/my-account/#booking-settings

This second link its not visible on the url, looks a ANCHOR, and maybe it cause a problem to start the step.

There are some plugin where i could archive it?
