Is it possible to create a site like http://www.anime-loads.org/anime with WP? In Additional a Forum system like http://forum.nihonomaru.net/.
Is this possible? Which WordPress Themes/Templates could I use for this?

Yes it is possible to create s site like http://www.anime-loads.org/anime with WP. But is has some drawbacks to do it… As wordpress is not fully ready for massive customers if you want to expand your site to reach to many many users then custom solution will be better than wordpress.
As wordpress is content management system you can surely develop Forum system with it…
