WordPress 4.4.1 Security Update

Hey everyone,

WordPress 4.4.1 has been released. It is a security update plus a bunch of other fixes.

I had a quick look through the patch and it’s an incredibly easy XSS exploit. Go an update all your WordPress installs right now :slight_smile:

This affects every version of WordPress prior to 4.4.1 - so if you’re still on 4.3 (like I was) time to jump on the 4.4 bandwagon.

Security updates are performed automatically, unless it is disabled, this is a nice WP feature :slight_smile: 4.3. also received this update in form of 4.3.2.
