WooTabs License Activation Issue

Hi,

I have purchased for 2nd time wootabs license for a web I am doing and I need to include several tabs, I have used it befor but on this one, I purchased it and haven’t been able to activate the license using the purchase code and the API key.

I need help on this.

Perfect! I have done it one more time, one was 10 days ago and the other today.

The page also says: WP_Shuttle does not currently provide support for this item.

Please check your statement is there any payment related to (6 months included support). If not exist mean when you purchased the support not included in your purchased then Author not responsible to give you support. In that case if the plugin not worked as they promised in product details page then you can Contact Envato Support and also can request a refund:

Actually since I purchased it, already said no support, so looks like this item is not working anymore.

I’ll contact envato support for refund and try to purchase another plugin that works.
