WooCommerce POS Tracking Loss

We are using the WooCommerce POS plugin. Everything seems to be working great right now. However, we are trying to come up with a method or stratedgy to track “shrinkage” or loss of a product. For example if merchandise comes up missing or is damaged. Is anyone aware of a method strategy for this with WooCommerce POS?
