WooCommerce Lookbook installation failed

I have tried to install WooCommerce Lookbook plugin it failed, Pasteboard — Uploaded Image. Please help.

Hi,

You have to install the plugin zip not the full download (All files & documentation) zip. Please unzip the main full download (All files & documentation) and then locate the installable plugin zip file within it. Luckily most developers clearly label their files, so it should be pretty easy to find. you have to install that plugin zip.

Thanks

Thanks, I have extracted the full download and these are the files: Pasteboard — Uploaded Image. I installed the zip file in the screenshot but failed with this error: Pasteboard — Uploaded Image. I have done this successfully with other plugins, but here it failed. Don’t know what I missed.

the author has made dual zip in the purchased download. Please unzip one more and find the plugin zip (named not start with codecanyon) and install that one.

I extracted one more and found the zip file that don’t start with codecanyon, but I got a 403 error. I even uploaded it in the plugin folder in cPanel but it cannot be extracted, the extract menu is not active.

please can you share a screenshot of the folder structure after the last zip (your provided 2nd screenshot).

edit: The plugin zip should named as: woocommerce_lookbook.zip
Also you can check plugin documentation, you will get link in plugin page in codecanyon.

I tried to reply with the screenshots but the system won’t allow. This is so stressful. Before I asked help, I spent a lot of tine on it already. I don’t know what kind of plugin is this.

woocommerce_lookbook.zip yes that is the zip file I tried to install but failed again with error 403.

please make sure you have already installed woocomerce plugin before install the woocommerce_lookbook plugin.

Also you can check plugin documentation to get more help as like plugin requirements and guideline for how to use, you will get link in plugin page in codecanyon.

Also you can get in touch with plugin author to get support from the plugin author.
