Hello, a few days ago I had a problem installing add-ons and, therefore, I deleted my WordPress, then reinstalled it, then put the code that gave me in the purchase of the problem, but I received some errors and told them what was happening and They asked for my access to ftp and wordpress, I gave it to them 3 days ago, I do not have access and I could not do anything, and I asked them for support again, but they did not answer me because of the many users who ask for another type of support, which I can do in these cases, I hope too much and I feel frustrated without being able to do anything
