Filled W 8 form without the tax ID.

It works in that you won’t have anything withheld on non-US sales. You’ll still have 30% withheld on all US sales though. To benefit from the reduced withholding rate of 10%, you need to include your tax number.

Not work without tax id. 10% is sri lanka tax rate. if you not add tax id 30% withheld on all US sales :frowning:
