Hello. Why did not the report on e-mail about the withdrawal of funds come? The website Envato says that money is being withdrawn by June 15. I’m worried if everything is all right …
I got my email yesterday as normal. Be sure to check your spam folder. But if the payouts page says “Your payout will be processed on June 15, 2018” then that suggests everything is alright.
If you’re still worried you can definitely open a Help ticket and they’ll check it for you.
